Aims of the Programme
The aim of the programme is to create a sense of awareness in the learners about the significance and potentials of educational leadership in the transformation of schools and the educational system.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the programme, the student will be expected to:
a) Improve curriculum and educational methodologies.
b) Assess educators’ performance through the implementation of evaluation models.
c) Explore ways to bridge organisational and administrative theory into practice within the school context.
d) Deploy quantitative, qualitative and/or mixed research within academic disciplines.
e) Apply educational strategies that can be adopted in primary, secondary, senior secondary and college education.
f) Cultivate policies where the stakeholders (e.g., parents, local authorities etc.) can be involved in a school’s progress procedures and decision making.
