Unicaf University hosts Career Guidance Seminar at Chalo Trust School

Ten 12th Grade students from the Chalo Trust School attended a career guidance seminar conducted by Unicaf University Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Dr Lameck Mwewa. These career talks are part of Unicaf University’s commitment and ongoing high school engagement campaign with its emphasis on further and higher education. 

Dr Mwewa focused his address on the importance of choosing the right career and university.  He also emphasised the value and prestige of a higher education in terms of how it will impact their future lives. He went on to introduce the degree programmes provided by Unicaf University offered with a generous Unicaf Scholarship.

The career guidance seminar concluded with an open discussion with the assembled students which proved to be a very positive experience. The students were able to openly discuss what they had listened to and ask questions pertinent to their own future career paths.
